Cancellation conditions for meeting rooms
If you do not arrive at the reserved space within 30 minutes of the reservation start, your reservation will be canceled.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the event, 50% and after that 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
If it is a quota reservation and the reservation is canceled late, the hours of the reservation will be deducted from the member's weekly quota.
Cancellation terms for catering orders
In case of catering orders, cancellation must be made 4 business days earlier for events with less than 10 people and 14 business days earlier for events with more than 10 people. In case of later cancellations, we charge 100% of the value of the order.
Ordering event spaces and cancellation conditions
Catering for events should be confirmed to us 14 days before the event. The number of people must be confirmed 7 business days before the event, as well as allergies and special diets must be notified at least 7 business days before so that our kitchen can react to possible changes. If the event extends to a public holiday/Sunday, we will charge a public holiday supplement for the working hours of the staff (holiday and Sunday hours €76/h).
Cancellation of a confirmed event
- More than 14 business days before the event, we charge a €400.00 cancellation fee.
- Less than 14 business days before the event, we charge 50% of the total price of the event.
- 7 business days before the event, we charge 100% of the total price of the event.
If the Finnish government has prohibited the organization of events for compelling reasons, the event can be moved to a new date free of charge.

Innovation Home Oy 2709251-5 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to businesses in Finland. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms of delivery and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online store's checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will specify the ordered products and their prices.
Payment
The online store uses Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4) as the payment intermediary, which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay's online service, and on the bank statement and invoice, the payee will appear as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure because all payment transaction-related information is transmitted using encrypted communication, ensuring that no external party can see payment transaction details.
